This year, since Sunday also the last day of chinese new year, so they make it more happening, they light 8 stripe of fire crackers!! We are truly enjoy the bing bing bang bang and the loud sound!

After the fire crackers at the entrance, the lion troupe proceed to the centre of the market to perform lion dance.

After the main market, then there will be individual stalls, those will get the lion to "dance" and get the good luck for the whole year. Our family stall also get the lion troupe to come every year. While waiting for the lion to come, my boys pose in with the lion head.

After spending about 2 hours plus in the market enjoy the lion dance, we have to rush back and prepare the dinner for that night.
this is the dinner for "chap goh meh", we had yee sang, vege, prawns, steam chicken, fried meat, fish and chinese sausage.
After dinner, we light the lantern, hmmm...we call it 孔明灯, i don't know what it call in english. I saw it before in the sky, but not in real. Brother in law bought a few this year , and we light it on that night. All kids are excited and adults too! ahhahahhahahhahahah
