My two brother in law's and family are away for holidays at some beach resort. It left only my family and parent in law at home. Father in law suggest we go for morning dim sum at Federal Hotel, now they are having promotion on Eat-All-You-Can dim sum.
We woke up early on Sunday morning, and leave the house around 9.45am, we scare it will be crowd since it is Sunday. Reach there around 10.30am, lucky still not many patrons in the restaurant.
it was still quiet in the early morning @ 10.15am....

Beside than the usual varieties of dim sum and fried stuff, they also serve some double boil soup, noodles, rice, some dishes like mixed vegetables, braised pork, stewed lamb with herbs, varieties of steamboat soup base, you can choose the soup and add in the stuff you like, they got dried taufu, "needle mushroom", fish ball, mushroom, or even noodles they will cook for you and there was a "tong sui" - chinese dessert counter too.
We eat so much till we have to "carry" our tummy back!! Kiasu? LOL!!!!!
This is the buffet counter, salad bar, behind the salad bar was the steamboat stuff and those claypots are the dishes. For dim sum, they will push the trolley to your table.

yong tau fu
fried stuff, this is really yummy!! Fresh from the wok, pipping hot and it burn your lips!!!So crispy and we had at least 5 plates of this!! LOL
fried radish cake, they got steam one as well.
"char siew pau"
rice with roast portk, very small portion, one spoon plus you can finish the rice. Just nice.

Price are very reasonable, i think only RM28++ or RM29++ for adults and for senior citizen, they entitle RM4 discount from the promotion price !! Worth it.
